Super Green enhanced AES cable

Van Damme Super Green enhanced AES/EBU cable is a foil screen overall braid multicore and a PVC jacketed one pair cable optimised for the long distance transmission of 96 KHz digital audio signals. With its multicore construction based on the already well proven Van Damme Black Series this cable is also ideally suited to the rigours of touring systems.

With many manufacturers amplifiers now optimised for 96KHz AES/EBU inputs this range provides an effective solution for getting from the FOH mixing desk to the on stage amplifier racks. In addition the one pair type can be used for rack wiring and non-LSZH installations.

Green Series Digi Grade AES cable

Van Damme Green Series Digi Grade cables have been specifically designed for the accurate transmission of AES/EBU digital audio signals. Low capacitance and stable characteristic impedance ensure that signals remain error and jitter free over long distances.

This also makes this cable range suitable for other critical data transfer applications such as RS422, midi and timecode. Also suitable for balanced analogue audio use.

Aqua Series Marine Grade SeaSat coaxial multicore LSZH

Van Damme SeaSat Coaxial Multicore LSZH is a three way RG6 type multicore cable for satellite television and HD-SDI high definition video signal distribution originally designed and specified for the Marine market.

Its Low Smoke Zero Halogen jacket materials and fire resistance and retardancy qualities make it ideal for installations in marine vessels and public buildings whilst its excellent electrical properties meet the demanding criteria of broadcast and post production facilities - in fact this cable is ideal for any installation that may require the distribution of multiple satellite and/or HD-SDI signals.

Aqua Series Marine Grade SeaCat data multicores

The Van Damme SeaCat range comprises two cables for networking installations - a 4 way Cat 5E screened solid conductor multicore and an 8 way version which also contains a 4 way OM3 multimode fibre for potential 10G Ethernet applications. As with the SeaCat multicore these cables are Low Smoke Zero Halogen jacketed and are fire retardant and fire resistant making them ideal for public building and marine installations.

The 8 way multicore is an ideal solution for multiple data line installations as the included OM3 fibre can be simply left unterminated for future networking upgrades - particularly useful in the marine sector where cable pulls travel through waterproof and fireproof bulkheads making cable upgrades difficult and expensive to retrofit.

Aqua Series Super Marine Grade data multicore

Van Damme Super Marine is an extension to the Van Damme SeaCat range. The data cable element is a Category 6 S/FTP type - individually foil screened pairs with an additional overall screen. The individual screening of the pairs gives excellent crosstalk figures and the potential to run mixed digital and analogue signals in the same cable.

Category 6 rating also gives better headroom and therefore gigabit Ethernet signals will run over longer distances than with the Cat 5E SeaCat range. As with the SeaCat range 4 x OM3 multimode fibres are included in the multicore cables for 10G Ethernet use.

Purple Series Digilog Ecoflex AES/Analogue installation cable LSZH

Van Damme Purple Series Digilog Ecoflex is a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacketed audio multicore specifically for installation use. The use of LSZH cables is becoming a specified essential in public buildings and new build construction projects.

Based electrically and mechanically on the Van Damme Green Series range this cable will carry AES/EBU and/or analogue balanced audio as well as paired data signals such as RS485, RS422 and DMX512.

Brown Series Starquad multicore

Van Damme Brown Series 8 and 16 pair starquad multicores are the ultimate Outside Broadcast audio cables. Featuring an extremely tough polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket, <90% coverage braided screens for high rejection of EMI and RFI and with overall diameters sized to suit the common outside broadcast multipins.

These cables are mechanically and electrically built to excel in the most hostile of environments.

Brown Series Ecoflex Starquad LSZH

Van Damme Brown Series Ecoflex is a foil screened Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) single quad and starquad multicore primarily for the installation market. As this cable is specified for installation a foil screen as opposed to braided copper is used as the cable should not have to cope with dynamic flexing.
